We currently do not have any horses available for adoption. After the double passing of Lassie Lynn and her foal, we've decided to simply help place horses, without physically bringing them to the farm. Her freak death and that of her foal, left a massive gaping hole in our hearts.
We no longer take on horses, but do help current owners in finding alternative options vs taking their old and sick horses to a sale barn.
Thank you for understanding. ❤️
Magnus is an almost 21 year old Percheron. He is completely bomb proof and is rideable. He stands almost 21 hands high. He is a very large horse. Stocks are needed to trim his hooves. His adoption fee is being completely waived to an approved home.

It's completely healed and where the abcess had broken through her hoof wall, is about less than an inch from her hoof tip, she also also neck reigns. She has come along way in trusting people again. We are so excited to be able to offer this truly sweet girl for adoption. We have been working with her daily. She had an abscess of the hoof, which has healed and has almost grown completely out. Her adoption fee is being completely waived to an approved home.
Little Bit is a 7 year old miniature gelded pony. He is super healthy and happy. He came to us as a wild stallion and was gelded in October. He has drastically calmed down, he can be led, will stand for the farrier, and is ready to be further trained. He is healthy, and such a sweet little guy.
Chester wasn't doing well on our hilly pastures and needed flat ground. He was rehomed with Sampson as they're bonded.
We will greatly miss seeing these big boys.
Chester & Sampson were rescued from going off to slaughter, after giving their all on an Amish Farm in Pennsylvania. These boys are as gentle as they come. They both have been retired for they both have Lyme Disease & EPM, which affects how they walk, run, and stand. They both responded well to treatment, however a flare up can happen at any time. EPM can affect a horses balance and hind legs.
Lassie Lynn is a OTTB (off-track thorough-bred). She had a beautiful racing career, and then was a brood mare for several years. We saved her from a kill pen in Louisiana as she is currently bred. Lassie Lynn came to us Bred, and when she foaled, our vet struggled to pull her foal. Her foal was really big, and tragically caused a vaginal tear, that our vet couldn't get the bleeding to stop. Sadly, she had a Filly (female horse), which never took its first breath. The day was supposed to be a happy one, as she was going to be able to actually mother her foal. She was a broodmare for the last 5 years, which the previous owners, would pull the foal, and repeat the breeding cycle. She endured 5 years of pregnancy without the ability to ever love her foal. We buried Lassie Lynn and Little Lynn together. This double death hurt our souls to its core. Our vet was on-site the minute she started showing signs, but unfortunately it wasn't enough. 🥺
Whiskey came to us in 2018, she was a neglect case in the State of Tennessee. She was severely underweight when she was rescued by a loving family from Florida who in turn surrendered her to us. Whiskey provides students with riding lessons, as well as she provides equine therapy to the members of our local community If you would like to sponsor Whiskey, please click below.
Winter of 2023, we sadly lost Whiskey. She was a senior horse probably in her late 20s, and unfortunately, after vet recommendation, Whiskey, had to be Euthanized, the day she was to be euthanized, she passed away quietly in our arms. She had lost her teeth, and though was on a senior (high protein) mash, her body was no longer absorbing nutrients. We will miss whiskey.
